I wish that I had got the girl's name that was working on Tuesday, December 10th at 10:00pm. I had dropped my bottle of juice and it exploded all over the place. I am a night shift perso , so I thought I was screwed for the entire night. I called around and found Tobacco Max, and they were not only the nicest people I've ever talked to in 10 years of living in manassas, but was able to sell me the exact bottle I had dropped, but even better. I've never been so happy with buying something at a store. These guys know what they're doing, and on top, of that, they are very nice and awesome. I came into this store about a week ago with my husband. We were looking for some vapes because he wants to quit cigarettes but we don't know anything about that stuff. I explained to the lady that was working there all this and i have never had anyone so informative and patient as the young lady at this store! We had been to a couple others in the area but it's always someone who doesn't care to explain things or doesn't really have the time but this young lady helped us with every question i had. I even asked if I could speak to her manager to tell them about how lovely she was being but they weren't there that day so i told her i would leave her a good review instead! She gave me her name on this card so i wouldn't forget it, Otilia :). Overall it was a good experience, we got a good deal and had a wonderful conversation with my girl! This is my new store from now on
